Terranea Resort Wedding | Kristen & Michael

Kristen, Michael, and their families are oh-so-sweet! As sweet as an apple pie... a southern apple pie that is! Kristen and Michael are from Texas and had a destination wedding out her in the beautifully sunny CA, at Terreana Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes. The perfect location to house their wedding weekend! Terranea was also the spot where Kristen and Michael got engaged, so it was fitting to bring their closest friends and family back to celebrate their "I Dos". It was so much fun working with Kristen and her mom Tanya on this wedding and learning Southern traditions that they wanted to have in their Southern California wedding. When working on design and hearing their vision, I just knew that Fayaz with Bloom Box Designs would do an incredible job of making their refined garden wedding come to life on the day of! The ceremony was on the Ocean Lawn at Terranea, which I love because we were able to create our own structure and focal point to frame Kristen and Michael. Lining the aisle were wooden pots housing lush greenery and soft florals. For the reception, we carried along the same town and country design complete with wooden vineyard chairs, mirrored tables, hedging photo booth backdrop, and one of my personal favorites... the wooden bar! How stunning are all of these photos by Troy Grover Photographers? The ballroom was beautiful, the music from Haute Chile Entertainment was incredible, and guests danced ALL night long! Those Texans sure know how to move! Kristen & Michael, a huge congratulations on your marriage and cheers to a wonderful life full of love and happiness!
