The Resort at Pelican Hill Wedding | Nicole & Greg

Nicole and Greg are two individuals who are incredibly thoughtful, down to earth, and just a joy to be around overall. I took so much pleasure in helping them plan a wedding that would properly reflect their unique personalities. I loved how distinctive their wedding invitations were! Nicole and Greg sent each invitation out in a wooden box monogrammed with their initials. Throughout the wedding we incorporated rustic elements, burgundy tones, and more to really convey the warm and inviting feeling the couple wanted to have. Nicole stood out in her wedding dress and all white bouquet as her bridesmaids accompanied her in burgundy dresses and mixed floral bouquets. The ceremony took place as the sun was setting and the beautiful scenery at Pelican Hill truly helped to create a romantic atmosphere. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed champagne glasses (served by an ice butler) and found their table numbers displayed alongside decorative pomegranates. The reception dinner was illuminated by candles, string lights, and hanging glass lanterns, which all worked together to make guests feel cozy even as they are outdoors. Some of the things that the guests enjoyed throughout the night were lattes, cigars, and wine. There was even a tented Moroccan-inspired lounge area for guests to sit and mingle at. I really appreciated the unique touches about this wedding and the care Nicole and Greg put into creating an enjoyable experience for everyone on their big day. Wishing this gorgeous couple a lifetime of love and kindness!
