Inspired by Twenty Eight OC’s wishbone chairs, we wanted a color palette that also blended with Pantone’s color of the Year Living Coral. Mustard was a popular fashion color toward the end of 2018 and we wanted to incorporate that into the tablescape. Luxe Linens suggested their latest collection of velvet Tumeric napkins while I hesitated as I usually like tone on tone, thinking Taupe would be best.  After seeing it in person, the Tumeric napkins were perfect. They sat ontop of clear glass gold rim chargers by Chiavari Chair rentals.  The menus were clear acryli and etched. The etched waves were filled with paint in colors of gold and coral, while mounted to a cotton paper made by the amazing Luxe Marie Stationary. The multiple layers showed dimension andwording. The flowers ranged in shades of butter, peach, blush, sherbert, mustard and coral with one of my favorite flowers, ranunculus.  Shawna Yamamoto hung pampas grass above the rectangle table seating 26.  Twenty Eight always creates a signature drink for us but we never know what it is until their mixologist sees our color pallette. Finished product, peach bellini.
