The Resort at Pelican Hill Wedding | Teresa & Nick

Teresa and Nick are the absolute sweetest couple and it was an honor to plan their wedding at The Resort at Pelican Hill.  We had a perfect sunny spring day that enhanced the whimsical garden theme that Teresa loves so much.  As you can tell by her stunning blush wedding gown by Hayley Paige, Teresa loves pink and Nisie from Nisie’s Enchanted brought Teresa’s blush garden woodland fairy inspired vision to life.  The rotunda was draped in blush pink that matched her gown perfectly and a band of lush florals wrapped around the top of the structure.  These two did not do a first look which made for an emotional and sweet moment when Teresa walked down the aisle towards the love of her life. There wasn’t a dry eye in the crowd!  Following the sweet ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the terrace that was such a blast thanks to the giant games including checkers, Connect Four and corn hole – they were a huge hit!  Guests then found their seats on the amazing display of lavender oils that also served as wedding favors which was a nod to Teresa’s job as a yoga instructor. She sprays lavender oil after each class that creates a calming and loving environment. I just love meaningful favors and when they double as escort cards that’s even better!  The pretty pink theme continued into the ballroom that was full of gorgeous spring blooms thanks to Nisie and soft blush lighting from Shine.  It was all so romantic and whimsical!  Nisie created a show stopping floral wall for the sweetheart table backdrop and it had all the guests oohing and aahhing all night long!  This was such a wonderful day for an even more wonderful couple and we wish you all the love and happiness in the world, Teresa and Nick! Congratulations!
