Waldorf astoria Monarch Beach Resort & club Engagement Party | Sunitha & Sridhar

When I think about Sunitha & Sridhar's engagement party I can't help but smile and feel so honored to have been a part of such a special time in these amazing families lives. Designing this party alongside Sunitha, her sister Kavitha, and Sunny from White Lilac was so fun and amazing to see the day come through to fruition. We were working with a blank slate, all white everything. We brought in a tent that was placed on the Botanical Lawn at the stunning Monarch Beach Resort. Now it sounds easy to just place down a tent, but it was a 5 day production process, starting with sub flooring, putting together the structure, draping, and laying down the white carpet. From there, the crew was able to create this green garden dream for Sunitha & Sridhar! Not only was this event absolutely stunning and elegant, it was a blast too! The night was full of cultural music and live entertainment to continue the wow-factor. When guests arrived to cocktail hour, they were greeted by two Champagne Angels hanging from structures doing acrobatics and pouring guests champagne while suspended upside-down. The performances only continued from there! While guests made their way from Cocktail Hour to the Dinner Reception, they entered into the tent and were welcomed by Belly Dancers that danced around the tent throughout the night. After guests enjoyed their appetizer course, AATMA Performing Arts made the way to the dance floor for their first of two performances. Sunitha & Sridhar danced the night away with their closest family and friends! After the night concluded, Sunitha & Sridhar made a gran exit with confetti canons to their After Party at Club 19, where everyone was able to let loose and have fun! Sunitha & Sridhar, congratulations on this amazing time in your life, enjoy every moment! Cannot wait for the wedding next June!
