Marmar and Samir’s Wedding, The Resort at Pelican Hill Newport Coast

We are lucky to live in such a beautiful state and even have great weather in the winter! Marmar and Samir wed at the Pelican Hill Resort in Newport Coast on a beautiful December afternoon. Their wedding ceremony was a combination of a family ran ceremony and a sofre (I loved when they fed each other honey). After the ceremony, guests enjoyed the cocktail hour outside during one of the most picturesque sunsets. The view of the coastline was stunning!

Marmar and Samir wanted to add some personal touches to their wedding and used old family photographs displayed on the dinner tables. Sunny with White Lilac Inc. did the flowers and decor, which were beautifully captured by the talented Ira Lippke and Samuel Lippke. The wedding cake was created by Sunny at Filigree Cakes, Sunny always makes pretty cakes. Marmar and Samir performed a special choreographed dance which started as a slow dance, but transitioned to an upbeat and fun shake down. All guests enjoyed the party and danced the night away.
