Valerie and Jason’s Wedding, Terranea Resort Rancho Palos Verdes

Can’t wait to share this wedding with you, as Valerie and Jason wed last month at St. Brendan’s Catholic Church which was an absolutely beautiful building. Valerie was gorgeous, in her Jimmy Choos and two wedding gowns. They got ready at the stylish London Hotel in LA and had their reception later that evening at the beautiful Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes.

They wanted something timeless but fun, whimsical but still “PRETTY”. Enlisted the talented Sunny of White Lilac to put together the fun color combination of sunshine yellow and grey. Adding in the butterflies was her idea!. Thanks Valerie and Jason for allowing us to have creative freedom, which all of us (venders) appreciated and in the end, felt prideful and personal with the end result.




Terranea is known for delicious cuisine, which allowed for the opportunity to wow guests with lamb chop appetizers and late night milk shakes. I found yellow straws at Ralphs! We just had to cut them a little!


We used elements from the invitation set…multiple graphic patterns challenged cake expert Linda of the Cake Studio to incorporate it into multiple tiers.
