During many menu tastings, couples often want to see what the hors d’oeuvres would look like during the cocktail hour. Most of the time they are busy taking photos and will never get to see it unless the photographer’s assistant diligently gets every one. Here are some photos of some Perfect Pass items that can be selected at Pelican Hill. I love how this venue does not throw 50 crab cakes onto one platter, each item is so well presented. My favorite, Truffle Mac and Cheese! Others shown, Crab Lady Bug, Beef Carpaccio with Spicy Mustard, Poached Prawn bloody Mary Shooters, Roasted Seasonal vegetables with olive oil and sea salt (did you see how finely chopped the veggies are!!) And I threw in the mix of photos, Rose infused vodka martini beverage, perfect for a light pink colored wedding.
